In addition to remote administrative work, marketing, and real estate, I've also handled the following for various clients:

• Interior Design/DIY: See slideshow below. I redecorated my bath on my own for under $600 - including slate flooring. I also bought and rehabbed some kitchen cabinets from Habitat For Humanity's ReStore for about $250 all-in - including the cost of getting the cabinets from the store to my house. Before I bought my own home, I used vinyl sheeting to update the tile in my old apartment in a rental-friendly (i.e. removable) way on a budget - about $100 in materials all in.
